Long Range weapons have gotten a boost in damage at when fired within Mid-Range.

• Long Range weapons fired within 3"-7" from the Target now have only a 30% damage reduction.
• Strikes made at 7"-12" still have the 50% damage reduction.

The Extend Range Maneuver can extend both maximum Range and the damage Threshold Range.

Watchmen, Sentries, and Inspiration only extend the maximum Range and do not affect the 30% reduction Range.
