Honor for Defeating Unholy Elohim
Each enemy that is defeated will award an amount of Honor relative to the threat they posed and the manner in which they were defeated. Each enemy has a Base Honor amount that is then modified by the Host and the total amount divided among the participating characters.

There are more ways to defeat an enemy than bringing their Endurance, Resolve, or Passion down to a negative value. Enemies can be defeated through Influence. They can be defeated in Parley. They can be circumvented or their goals can be thwarted. Each of these ways to defeat the enemy can result in differing Honor rewards.
Depending on the circumstances of defeat, the Host will determine the best modifier to apply. The following are guidelines, not rules. If the Host thinks the circumstances warrant they can flex these modifiers. For example, if an Archon was brought to the brink of Defeat and decided to surrender to the players the Host may decide to award the x2 for defeat in War.
While the players will not generally know how much Honor is being awarded for each enemy, it is not the intent to encourage players to pursue one result over another in order to increase Honor rewards. If this attitude is detected, the Host should wait to see if other players speak up to address it. If none do, after the Mission, the Host should consider bring it up during discussion time. Honor is intended to be awarded for loyal obedience and not obedience being simply a path to gain Honor and Rank promotions.
The intent behind many of these differences is not to show that certain paths to victory are more or less honorable than others. For example, War is not superior to all other options and to be rewarded more highly. The differences take into account the play time required. War can be quite involved and are usually the most time consuming path to victory. If the total Honor awarded were divided into a rate of Honor/minute, it would quickly become apparent that War, even at double Base Honor, is actually the least efficient means of gaining Honor.
The amount of Honor is considered for each unholy elohim individually. Once the Honor for all unholy elohim is totaled, divide the amount by the number of characters who helped earn the Honor, including NPCs. Again, a Host is free to adjust the division if they determine circumstances warrant an adjustment.
