Holds take part in overseeing the nearby area, righteously influencing it. Unholy influences that are not warranted will be addressed and removed if possible. Unholy elohim that have a reason to be present will be watched closely. As the Hold continues to have impact, it is awarded Honor the same as elohim characters are awarded Honor, and also is promoted in Rank.
