Impact Honor

Holds will have much more of an impact on their surroundings than what is displayed directly in Missions. These day-to-day contributions of the elohim are accounted for in the form Impact Honor. Impact Honor is also used to keep the members of the Hold in balance as far as Rank. Whenever the Hold is promoted in Rank, it generates Impact Honor. Ranks:1-11 give Impact Honor equal to the total amount of Honor it took to reach that Rank. Ranks:12-23 give Impact Honor equal to 2/3 the total amount of Honor needed to reach that Rank. Ranks:24-49 give Impact Honor equal to 1/2 the amount of Honor needed to reach that Rank. Again, this Honor is intended to help keep the members in balance and recognize faithful service that may not have been played out in a Mission. The rules for distributing Impact Honor are as follows: 

Follow the steps in order starting with 1. If the step you are on is not applicable, then move to next step. Any time you finish spending Honor for a step, start again at step 1 to see if anything has now changed. 

  1. If the leader is less than 3 Ranks above the 2nd highest; Use enough Impact Honor to promote the leader. Otherwise move to step 2. (This drops to 2 Ranks in a Foothold and 1 Rank in a Stronghold, or Kingdom) 

  2. If 2nd highest is less than 3 Ranks above the 3rd highest; Use enough Impact Honor to promote 2nd. Otherwise move to step (This drops to 2 Ranks in a Stronghold and 1 Rank in a Kingdom) 

  3. If 3rd highest is less than 3 Ranks above highest of group of 4; Use enough Impact Honor to Promote 3rd highest. Otherwise move to step 4. 

  4. (Hold Rank:7+) If the lowest of the group of 4 is less than 3 Ranks above the highest of the group of 5; Use enough Impact Honor to promote the lowest of the group of 4. Otherwise move to step 5. 

  5. (Hold Rank:7+) If group of 4 is uneven in Honor; Add Honor to those of the group of 4 that are lower. Otherwise move to step 6. 

  6. (Hold Rank:12+) If the lowest of the group of 5 is less than 3 Ranks above the highest of the group of 28; Use enough Impact Honor to promote the lowest of the group of 5. Otherwise move to step 7. 

  7. (Hold Rank:12+) If group of 5 is uneven in Honor; Add Honor to those of the group of 5 that are lower. Otherwise move to step 8. 

  8. (Hold Rank:24+) If the lowest of the group of 28 is less than 3 Ranks above the highest of the group of 104; Use enough Impact Honor to promote the lowest of the group of 28. Otherwise move to step 9. 

  9. (Hold Rank:24+) If group of 28 is uneven in Honor; Add Honor to those of group of 28 that are lower. Otherwise move to step 10. 

  10. (Hold Rank:40+) If group of 104 is uneven in Honor; Add Honor to those of group of 104 that are lower. Otherwise move to step 11. 

  11. Checking in order from highest Rank and down, if 2nd or 3rd highest or the groups of 4 or 5 are more than 7 Ranks lower than the one above it; Add honor until they are only 7 Ranks lower. Otherwise move to step 12.

  12. Divide Impact Honor equally or apply to a tier of your choice until a character is promoted, then begin again at step1. 

When elohim are promoted to a new Rank using Impact Honor, all remaining Seeds of potential growth from prior Ranks should be sprouted.
