Strengths of Holds
Holds
Once you have a character that is at least Rank:12, Tier:2, you can ask a Host to help you establish a Hold if you desire to be connected to one. Once the Hold is established, you will need two other elohim characters who will be members of the Hold and will help defend and grow the Hold. These characters can be other Player Characters of yours or your friends’, or they can be new characters that are created just for the Hold. Newly created characters can be taken on as new Player Characters or can remain Non-Player Characters, or NPC’s, that can switch out as the Hold’s story progresses and changes. One important thing to keep in mind is that NPC’s are not eligible to gain and use Inspiration Tokens. This is true even if they are adopted as Player Characters. Inspiration Tokens are a reward for the grind of building a character starting as Rank:0. The primary elohim in any Holy Hold is called the Steward of the Hold. Whenever the current Steward is away from the Hold, the Steward will temporarily pass the responsibility to another acting Steward. In an Unholy Hold, the primary position is entitled the Ruler.
Footholds
When a Hold reaches Rank:12 it becomes a Foothold. This is the second major stage of a Hold’s development. More elohim are added and you will rarely, if ever, use all of your characters in a single Mission from this point forward. Footholds begin to have a greater level of responsibility to influence more than just their immediately surrounding area. The title for the primary position in an Unholy Foothold becomes the Authority.
Strongholds
When a Foothold reaches Rank:24 it becomes a Stronghold. Strongholds differ as you will now be in command over many weaker elohim whom you do not have direct control over. Strongholds have an even greater responsibility to influence beyond their borders and assist any nearby Holds and Footholds. To become a Stronghold, the elohim who is the leader must be at least Tier:3. A Stronghold includes the top seven elohim as Council to the Steward. The primary position in an Unholy Stronghold becomes the Throne.
Kingdoms/Principalities
Kingdoms are not a single location. Rather, they are an entire nation or people group. The rulers of Kingdoms are Princes and were assigned after the rebellion of Babel when the Most High divided the nations and assigned them to different ones of his divine council members as that nation’s Prince. There were 70 nations and therefore 70 Princes. Later, the Most High called out Abram and eventually assigned Michael as Prince over the nation of Israel, Abram's descendants. These 70+1 Kingdoms, however continue to exist and no new Kingdoms will be created. The borders change. Nations are wooed by the servants of other Princes or subjugated by other nations, but the the Princes, even though judged do not change. Holy elohim will not preside over a Kingdom. Some of their Holds will exist within the borders a Kingdom that is not aligned with the Most High, especially after the Son's ascending to the right hand of the Most High. Holy Holds will have to deal with politics and other side effects of growing in the midst of Kingdoms hostile to their presence.
