Wave 1 (Basic Rules)
The Wave 1 Ruleset is intended to allow players new to the game or new to playing an Order to experiment with and learn basic concepts. Wave 1 Rules are not balanced for long-term use. As soon as you are comfortable with these foundational concepts of the rules and the Order you are playing, you should advance to the Wave 2 Rules.
