Archons
Archons are unholy elohim who stand out above the other unholy elohim in a situation. There is usually only one Archon in a situation, however when there is a Chief Archon, there might also be one or more Archons below them.
When players spend Inspiration offensively against an Archon, they can only spend 1 Inspiration for each type of use. Players can always spend any number of Inspiration for defensive purposes.
Archons have Obstruction, which are similar to Inspiration, but Obstruction can only be used defensively to protect the Archon. The option to add 40 to a Basic Attribute for 1 Cycle is also always an option for an Archon, even though it may sometimes have offensive as well as defensive benefits.
The higher the Domain of the Archon, the more Obstruction they will receive. The general rule is 3 Obstruction for each Tier, but ultimately, the Host may choose to give more or fewer to any Archons. The Host will determine which, if any, evil characters are considered to be an Archon in each situation.
Chief Archons
Sometimes the Host may determine an unholy elohim is a Chief Archon. Every Obstruction spent by a Chief Archon functions as if it were spent using a Specialization. Specializations are enhanced standard uses for Inspiration or Obstruction.
