Impel

Impel allows the Ministering Spirit to apply their own Precision to Increase the Precision of an ally by up to 2. The Ministering Spirit’s Precision is reduced by half of the total amount of Increases being given.

The Ministering Spirit may not give enough Precision that it would reduce their natural Precision below 0. Unlike usual, multiple instances and versions of this Spiritual Effect can stack on the same character.

Defiled Impel allows the Ministering Spirit to give an Increase of up to 4. Unholy Impel Increases this to 6.

Coerce

Coerce manifests dye on the Ministering Spirit's palm, which they use to mark the another elohim of Tier:1 as being indebted to them.

The elohim gains Boon:1 any time that elohim rolls dice. The Ministering Spirit must be in Melee Range to initiate Coerce, but the bonus stays with the Target for the rest of the Day. Using Coerce tires the Ministering Spirit, causing them to pay the Coerce Allotment for the rest of the Day. An elohim only receives the bonus from the highest version of Coerce currently affecting them.

Sanctified Coerce can grant Boon:1 to a Tier:2 elohim. Righteous Coerce can grant Boon:1 to a Tier:3 elohim.

Oblige

Oblige allows the Ministering Spirit to grant to another elohim the ability to use one 1st Domain Spiritual Effect that the Ministering Spirit has learned. This is not done freely, but with the expectation that the recipient will use this ability to serve the Ministering Spirit's ends. The Ministering Spirit must be in Melee Range to initiate Oblige, but the ability is granted to the Target for the rest of the Day. Each elohim can only be granted the use of one Spiritual Effect in a Day. Using Oblige tires the Ministering Spirit, causing them to pay the Oblige Allotment for the rest of the Day. Impel and Spoiled Manna versions cannot be granted as obligements.

Defiled Oblige allows the Ministering Spirit to grant a Tier:2 Spiritual Effect to a Target of at least Tier:2. Unholy Oblige allows the Ministering Spirit to grant a Tier:3 Spiritual Effect to a Target of at least Tier:3.

Elevate

Elevate increases the Tier of an elohim of Tier:3 or lower. While elevated, the elohim has increased Magnitude, has their Primary Attributes increased by 80, and has most other benefits that apply to the increased Tier (does not gain an Epic Enhancement or Mutation). As a visual sign, the elohim temporarily sprouts any additional wings or horns and has an increased aura of darkness. Using Elevate tires the Ministering Spirit, causing them to pay the Allotment for the rest of the Day. An elohim cannot receive benefits from multiple instances of Elevate.
