Minions
When character confront much weaker characters, it can be helpful to treat the weaker character more simply. This is especially true if there will be multiple of the weaker characters. This is where Minions become helpful.
Minions simplify the game by grouping multiple Attributes together to simplify the character and make tracking values much easier. Unclean Spirits and Hollowed Elohim are the most basic Minions. Other, stronger Minions are based off of one of the 4 basic Orders or a variety of Beast. Multi-Order elohim are not offered as Minions here, but a Host that wanted to create some is of course free to do so. Multi-Order elohim are not recommended as Minions because Multi-Order characters add complexity and a major reason for using Minions is to simply characters.
A Minion's Minion Level (ML) is the minimum recommended average Rank for players characters to face that kind of Minion.
Ex. Unclean Spirits are ML:0, which means even a group of Rank:0 player characters can face them. ML:3 Warrior Minions should be faced with of ML:3 should only be faced by players characters of an average of at least Rank:3.

One of the most profound ways Minions simplify gameplay is by grouping multiple Basic and Social Attributes together. Basic Attributes are reduced to two groupings:
- Might, Control, and Swiftness are treated as one value
- Endurance Resolve, and Passion are treated as one value
As such, their War Attributes will not be related to their Basic Attributes. The first group of Attributes (Might, Control, and Swiftness) are used when a Might, Control, or Swiftness value are needed, such as for the War Scroll Swiftness or for Checks Rolls. The second group of Attributes (Endurance Resolve, and Passion) are also used when a value is needed for a Check or Resist Roll and also serves as a single health pool. All damage is applied to that one value. War Attributes are not grouped. Minions have a single Skill and Composure value, regardless of the Motive at play. Minions have fewer Maneuvers, Spiritual Effects, and Songs than regular characters, making them easier to use. Minions do not have Order-related bonuses such as Trained Eye or Strength in Struggle. Minions do not equip Items.
