Escalate Passion

Escalate Passion increases the current Passion of the Target by 1/3 of their Natural Passion value. It also allows the Target to use their Passion to Resist Passion Effects from Strikes instead of Resolve, if their Passion is higher.

Defiled Escalate Passion allows Passion to increase by up to 40. Unholy Escalate Passion allows Passion to increase by up to 80.

Incite

Incite Increases the Speed of the Target based on their Passion. The Speed is Increased by 1 more if the Target also affected by Tier:1 Escalate Passion.

Defiled Incite raises the maximum Speed Increase and adds an additional +1 with Escalate Passion or +2 with Defiled Escalate Passion. Unholy Incite further raises the maximum Speed Increase and adds an additional +1 with Escalate Passion, +2 with Defiled Escalate, or +3 with Unholy Escalate Passion.

Inflame

Inflame produces flame surrounding the Target’s current weapon that adds an additional Passion Effect which deals WearR based on the Target's Passion. Inflame deals 3 more WearR if the Target is also affected by Tier:1 Escalate Passion.

This WearR is separate from and in addition to any Wear dealt normally by the Strike. This Wear happens as long as there are Hits, regardless of Stops.

Defiled Inflame raises the maximum WearR and adds an additional +3 with Escalate Passion or +6 with Defiled Escalate Passion. Unholy Inflame further raises the maximum WearR and adds an additional +3 with Escalate Passion, +6 with Defiled Escalate Passion, or +9 with Unholy Escalate Passion.

Billowing Inferno

Billowing Inferno causes the Ministering Spirit to be the center of a billowing blaze. This fire whips around the Ministering Spirit’s body and beyond, affecting holy elohim in Melee Range by Tier. Tiers:0 & 1 are Defeated and Current Resolve is lowered to 0. Tier:2 have Current Resolve lowered to 1/3 of their natural maximum. Tier:3 have their Current Resolve lowered to 2/3 of their natural maximum, or 1/3 if already below 2/3. Tier:4 has their Resolve function at 2/3 of their Natural Resolve value for 1 Cycle. This Spiritual Effect is Resistible using Resolve vs. the Ministering Spirit’s Passion.

Billowing Inferno will not raise Current Resolve if it is already lower than this Spiritual Effect would result in.
