As Ministering Spirits increase in Rank they can learn new Spiritual Effects. The new Spiritual Effect can be the first one in a new Family or can be the next one in a Family the elohim already knows Spiritual Effects in. The elohim may not learn Spiritual Effects that are of a higher Tier than himself.
Ministering Spirits and Dual-Order elohim that include Ministering Spirit gain1 Spiritual Effect each time they increase in Rank. Tri-Orders dominant in Ministering Spirit gain 1 Spiritual Effect on the 1st and 2nd of every 3 Ranks. All other Tri-Orders and Quad-Orders gain 1 Spiritual Effect on the 1st of every 2 Ranks.
