Winds of Heaven

Winds of Heaven manifests a strong wind that doubles the distance covered by the Minstrel and their allies when Moving and causes up to Tier:1 unholy elohim to Move as though in Defensive Stance while within Range.

Tempest doubles up to 2” of Movement and requires 2 SPP to be invested. Unlike most Songs, the Range of Tempest is constant. If a character Moves into Range, the Song takes effect after the last Action Point that puts them into Range and ends with the last Action Point that puts a character out of Range. Any Moving done while Striking is resolved depending on the character’s condition when they began the Strike. If within Range, the entire Move with the Strike is affected. If outside of Range, the entire Move with the Strike is unaffected. Multiple instances of Winds of Heaven do not Stack. Apply only the strongest version. Overlapping Winds of Heaven and Tempest offset each other. If one is a higher Tier, then apply only the higher Tier where they overlap. If the Minstrel is Defeated or stopped from Singing, Winds of Heaven ceases having an effect after the current Segment ends.

Blessed Winds of Heaven doubles up to 4" Moved by holy elohim, affects up to Tier:2 unholy elohim, and requires 4 SPP to be invested. Righteous Winds of Heaven doubles up to 6" Moved by holy elohim, affects up to Tier:3 unholy elohim, and requires 6 SPP to be invested.
