Learning Songs
As Minstrels increase in Rank they can learn new Songs. The new Song can be the first one in a new Family or can be the next one in a Family the elohim already knows Songs in. The elohim may not learn Songs that are of a higher Tier than himself.
Minstrels and Dual-Order elohim that include Minstrel gain1 Song each time they increase in Rank. Tri-Orders dominant in Minstrel gain 1 Song on the 1st and 2nd of every 3 Ranks. All other Tri-Orders and Quad-Orders gain 1 Song on the 2nd of every 2 Ranks.
